We bring people together to Assist them in optimizing their impact.
We do this by emphasizing human Interdependence and our ability to collaboratively work together with emergent self-organizing intent
Kelly and Jose will be sharing how their respective journeys led them and others to co-found the global Radical movement, and how they and their work have evolved.
During Community Conversations, guests share their story of an experience in co-creating the next stage of consciousness in organizations, and everyone shares feelings and insights about their similar experiences, in the 90-minute conversation.
Kelly and Jose’s desire to help others build more “conscious” businesses initially united them. Like many others, they wanted to see organizations without a hierarchy, with more individual autonomy, and with a shared sense of purpose beyond making a profit. They came to see that the key to fundamental change in the way we work, lies in recognizing our innate human needs and developing organizational approaches that allow these needs to be expressed. Our desire for personal growth and the growth and success of our collaborations are linked.
We were so inspired by Doug’s book “Beyond Empowerment” that we translated it into Italian and invited him to Verona to share his experience of 30 years of self-management.
After being part of the core team of Morning Star, an American tomato processing company that transformed itself into a self-organized company in the 1990’s and is recognized as one of the most interesting examples in the world, Doug chose the path of consulting. Today he travels the world promoting new radical models to build “no limits” organizations. If you think these ideas won’t work in your organization, come and ask him – he will erase your fears.
This is a unique opportunity to learn from and interact with a global leader in self-organization in an intimate setting. Reservations will be very limited to allow for direct and indepth discussions. Bring your questions!
How have your priorities, way of being, and way of living changed in the last few weeks?
We all have a desire to make a difference, yet often we feel powerless, like now. In critical times we need to come together to acknowledge our interdependence and our power to make a difference. By understanding our inner guidance system, we can learn to co-create a better future from the inside out.
Join us for a free immersive workshop to better understand ourselves, our interdependence, and our power to come together to make an impact.
We offer you an afternoon to reflect on the quality of your organization and inspire you with ideas generated from innovative organizational models. At the end of the afternoon you will come away with a new vision of your organization based on ideas that you can implement to get achievable results.
We will present several case studies of innovative organizations and the practical methods they applied to achieve their success.
A special guest will be a representative of Morning Star, an American tomato processing company that transformed itself into a self-organized company in the 1990’s. It is recognized as one of the most interesting examples of a self-organized company in the world.
The workshop is in partnership with Verona Fablab and Opificio della luce.
Why start with Why?
To create meaningful organizations that are able to compete in a highly uncertain economic environment, we need to be deeply connected with our Why and our Organization Purpose. Once these are known, solid strategies can be defined.
We are convinced that there is no better starting point than Why!
At the workshop we will work together on the concepts of Why and Organizational Purpose using “hands knowledge” to start creating the Organizational Purpose of your organization.
We will be in an ideal context: a winery where the Why lives in every row of the vineyard and in every business choice.
